“Gardening from the Gardens” is a 60-second television segment airing each Thursday morning between 6:00 and 6:15 a.m. on Little Rock NBC affiliate station KARK’s morning show. Featuring Janet Carson, horticulture specialist with the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service, the segments are filmed at Garvan Woodland Gardens as a collaborative effort to provide both novice and seasoned gardeners answers to their gardening and landscape questions.
