When Garvan Woodland Gardens opened its doors to the general public in the spring of 2002, no one imagined how popular this enchanting place would become as a site for weddings, both big and small. The beautiful Great Lawn provides a lovely setting for large outdoor ceremonies, and the Pavilion is the perfect size for an intimate reception. There is also the option of the "No Frills, No Fuss" ceremony at your choice of breath-taking sites in the Gardens.
The new Anthony Chapel opened its doors in May 2006 and is well on its way to becoming one of Arkansas' premiere wedding locations. This striking, new architectural landmark with its soaring 57' ceiling, intricately laid rock work,
and massive floor-to-ceiling windows will entice engaged couples of all ages to consider the Gardens for their "I do's." There are numerous packages available with varying prices that will fit most any budget. Our on-site wedding supervisor, Suzie Dodson Burch, is available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and eliminate a little of the stress of your special day.
